Do you offer an engagement session?
Yes! Every photography package includes a complimentary 60–90 minute engagement session. Which can be used, or not used depending on interest! BUT, I always recommend doing one—it helps you get comfortable in front of the camera, lets us get to know each other before the big day, and eases any wedding day nerves. Plus, you’ll get great photos for your Save the Dates or reception decor!
Do you offer an engagement session?
Amazing! We’d love to hear more about your wedding. Head over to the Contact page to send us a message, and we’ll get back to you ASAP. If you decide to move forward with the RDP Team, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular months like April, May, September, and October.
We want to book you! What’s the next step?
Engagement sessions take about 2-4 weeks. Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks though turnaround times vary depending on the season. We’ll also share sneak peeks on our social media @ralphdepirophotos while you wait! Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with a private online link.
How soon after the wedding will our photos be ready?
Once your photos are ready, you’ll have one year to select images for your album. We provide you with a detailed breakdown of how to select, how many to select, by “categories” of your wedding day:
You’ll select 10 photos per category from a guide we provide, highlighting those special moments throughout your wedding day.
Once your selections are made, we’ll send a proof of the album design. All albums are custom-designed by our graphic designer (and second photographer), Chris. If photos aren’t chosen within the one-year window, the album can no longer be designed.
When will we receive our wedding album?
Not at all! Most of our couples aren’t used to being in front of a camera, and that’s totally okay. Our approach is natural and low-pressure—we focus on making you feel comfortable and letting your personalities shine. Some people take a little longer to warm up, and that’s no problem. We promise, it’ll be fun and way easier than you think!
We’re super shy and not great at taking pictures. Will that be a problem?
Yes! We offer three video options:
Same Day Edit – a beautifully crafted 2-3 minute highlight film of your wedding day—edited on the spot and played during your reception!
Wedding Highlight Film – A 6-8 minute cinematic recap of your day.
Video Documentary – A 90+ minute film featuring all of your biggest moments in full, along with a behind-the-scenes look into your wedding day.

Do you also do video?
You’ll always have 2 photographers and 2 videographers. Depending on your package, a third shooter may be included. One photographer and videographer will be with the bride while getting ready, and the others will be with the groom. We’ll be there capturing every moment through the end of the night!
How many team members will be at our wedding?
No– because we’re going to guess you don’t want that photo of Uncle Harry mid-sneeze. We sometimes shoot 3,000–5,000 images a day. But not every photo is a keeper. We carefully sort through them, removing unflattering shots (like blinking or weird expressions) and only delivering the best of the best, cream of the crop images to you. You’ll receive a beautifully curated gallery filled with the moments that matter.
